MIICAH Marketing Solutions, Inc. is now offering positions at the entry level for sales and marketing.

Do the following terms sound familiar to you?

Blamestorming: Drumming up explanations as to why a deadline wasn’t hit and making sure to blame someone not involved in the “blamestorming” group.

Cube Farm: An office filled with depressing, dull colored, cubicles.

Prairie Dogging: When someone emits a loud noise somewhere in the cube farm and everyone pops up from their cubes to see what all the commotion is about.

Seagull Manager: A manager that swoops into a cube farm out of nowhere, creates a lot of noise, then leaves abruptly.

This job involves one on one sales based interaction with business customers. Ideal candidates, therefore, would be comfortable networking with others and would like to work in a company where cube farms are non-existent and seagull managers are not welcome.
