Job Description:

Do you want to work with one of the largest financial institutions in the US? Our client is looking for TOP candidates for the following positions:

Part Time & Full Time Collectors (1st & 2nd)

Responsible for using an auto-dial system to initiate customer contact and determine reason for delinquency; evaluates customer’s financial situations and negotiate terms of repayment to bring account current. Must be knowledgeable of company products and services, policies, procedures, collections systems and how to apply this knowledge when communicating with delinquent customers. May be responsible for skip tracing and/or collateral analysis.

Scheduled PT Hrs: 6pm-10pm/Mon-Fri; MUST be able to train for 2 weeks from 2pm-10pm/Mon-Fri

*Collections and/or call center experience.

*Recent College Graduates are welcome to apply!

*Must have excellent communication skills.

*Strong computer skills.
